Decibel interview questions

Not a great candidate experience due to chasing and lack of feedback. You have a call with the in-house recruiter, then the manager of team you are applying for. Manager who did interview seemed very disinterested. Interview didn’t even last half hour. The in-house recruiter never got in touch to offer any feedback.

I applied directly online, recruiter emailed within 15 mins of application submission to arrange an initial call. It was a phone call but the confirmation says to come to their office address...? I emailed to ask if there's a zoom call link or if they'll just ring me on my mobile. No reply. Anyway, I got the phone call, recruiter said they'd get back to me with the next steps. Nothing... 3 weeks later got an automated rejection email. Strangely, the rejection (template) says "The position of Full Stack Engineer is an important one at Decibel. We need to make the right decision for both the company and the person we employ. On this occasion, we didn't feel that the match was quite strong enough and, therefore, decided not to move ahead with your application." Umm, you didn't even interview me? How do you know it wasn't a strong match? And if you knew immediately based on my CV and our initial call, then why did it take you 3 weeks to tell me this? LOL. Waste of time.
