I came in, sat and interviewed on a couch in the front room, no real privacy. It was weird for the interview to be so public. There's lots of women that work there, though, which is rare for tech. Everyone seemed so young so I felt out of place. I don't think I saw anyone older than 30. I'm not sure how experienced everyone is. The person who interviewed me didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and was very distracted by their phone.
