The lady in charge of recruitment contacted me after having found me on a Jobs website. She asked if she could meet over a video call for a sales role interview.

She asked me the usual silly questions about what I am doing, how much do I make, why I left my last job and if I know Ceridian

Interview
Interview process met with director 2x, then AVP and then gvp. Then an in person lunch with my director. After that received an offer process took about 3 weeks. All in all a pretty straight forward interview process.
Interviews with different sales leaders over the course of several weeks. Some were easy, some were not very engaged as I expect were seeking someone to join the company from their extended network of other enterprise software companies.
