The interview process was laid out to very clearly and I knew what to expect every step of the way. I appreciate that I was told upfront how many rounds of interviews there would be.
Everyone I interviewed with was professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyed being a part of Cryptio and making a difference which is large part of what made my decision to accept the offer so easy.

Interview
A 3 stage interview process - initial phone call with Josh, followed by an hour-long interview with the hiring manager, concluded with a 20 minute chat with another member of the leadership team. The offer followed straight after the final interview. Application to offer took a week and a half; first interview to offer took 8 days.
From start to finish I felt very well looked after. The speed and efficiency of the recruitment process was unparalleled. All my questions were answered with honesty and clarity, and have matched up with my experience so far with Cryptio.
