I interviewed with three different employees (including SVP) for an Account Manager position. Everyone, including the recruiter, were extremely professional, transparent, and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get the offer, but I have even more respect for the company after my experience.

The entire process was well-organized and transparent. Clear expectations were set from the start, and the hiring manager took the time to explain both the role and the company, making it feel like a genuine two-way conversation.
