I went through 4 different interviews for a job that only paid $39.5K per year. Not too many technical questions, they wanted to know more about work ethic and to see how well I could learn their system. The process was pretty unprofessional after that. I pretty much got ghosted. No follow up or anything after the 4th interview. It’s pretty sad that they couldn’t take 3.5 seconds to send a rejection email.
