It was an awful recruiting process. There was no transparency whatsoever. I was misled as well. I submitted my resume and was immediately scheduled for a technical round. It would have been helpful to at least have 15 min HR round where I could ask questions about the role, team, company and interview process going forward. For the technical round, I didn't know who I would be talking and was told that it'd be a coding challenge. Day of the interview, they were 10 minutes late. The video call didn't work and the interview was not a coding challenge and was mostly a DS/ML case. It was misleading. Also this company has pretty awful business practices. They literally work their delivery drivers to death and deny all allegations about this. There's a documentary out there on this. I would think twice about working here.
