Applied online. Recruiter contacted me after couple of days. After speaking with the recruiter, he scheduled a tech screen with a principal data scientist. The engineer was technically sound and grilled me with all things machine learning.

Very casual conversation with the hiring manager about the role requirement, and team composition. The interview focused on my past experiences on managing a team and coping with deadlines. It went well.
