Massively disorganised, with internal relationship management issues. No internal alignment or clarity on type of function for hire. Long communication lapses and scheduling errors. Insufficient resources contributing to disorganisation. Insufficient respect for candidate time, as they had set an involved, detailed, sizeable GTM task, took the process to final round, highly commended the output, then decided on a completely different function to hire, after implying they could use candidate work for free, with impunity.
