Applied online. The application was in German (I had google translate site) when it came to race, they had Dark Skinned and Light shinned as options. Received an email with 10 in-depth questions to answer. Respond to that, received an in person interview request. Gave availability, they immediately asked me to come in when I wasn’t available. Interview was panel with 3 women. It was an hour of situational questioning. No water offered during the hour.
