Interviewers are kind and make you feel comfortable. Most if not all questions were centered around your resume so make sure to look over every aspect. care highly about personality and make decisions on whether or not you would make a good addition to the department.

Interview
I applied at the company's application site. A recruiter sent an email to ask for my convenient time for a phone screen interview. Even though I gave a certain time, the recruiter did not call for a phone screen interview.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Corning (Corning, NY)
Interview
One in-person interview at a professional conference (where I learned about Corning for the first time), two panel-style virtual interviews (three people each); Interviewers seemed to really like each other and get along well. Corning appears to have a great community of people
