I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Corning (Painted Post, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Received a HR call about 2 weeks after applying to discuss the job description and to see if I was interested. Next was a phone interview with the hiring manager and 3 other team members. About two weeks later they wanted me to come for an onsite interview.
Started with an hour long presentation about my background and projects (including Q&A) and had several group and one-on-one interviews throughout the day. Almost all the questions were technical and delved into my projects and skills from my resume and presentation. Everyone was friendly and its just been a week since my interview. Waiting to hear back from them.

Question 1
What can you do to improve the accuracy further in your project?
I applied online. I interviewed at Corning in Jan 2026
Interview
Very lengthy process with minimal communication between stages. The interview process spanned approximately three months from application to final decision. I received an automated rejection email about 3 weeks after the in-person interview.
I visited the site, got a tour, met with several managers for Evals, each around 30 mins. Technical interview was pretty easy. The total process took half a day but it was all 1 on 1 interviews with different managers.
