      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Conga in Jan 2017

      Interview

I applied to an opening online. The response from the recruiter was quick and professional. Some qualifying conversation about my background. That was followed by 2 separate phone interviews with first line SE Managers. An attractive offer was extended. I then had an additional call with a SE AVP to discuss some questions we both needed addressed. The recruiter working with HR was very helpful to accommodate a start date change I needed.
