Compass Managing Director interview questions

Went through 3 rounds of interviews and within each round I was demoted to a lower position. The final interview was over zoom and the interview lasted less than 5 minutes before the director cut it short. It was overall a really unpleasant experience since going in I was cold outreaches for one position and then demoted twice more to lower positions before finally being written off completely in a short interview.
