Incredibly unorganized process. After 5 interviews was told there isn’t an open position available and 6 months later was called again to interview 2 more times only to be asked to relocate as a contingency to employment. If a company ever requires 3+ interviews it’s because they lack the confidence in their management team when making hiring decisions. Huge red flags. Every interview was identical, with basic screening questions, and you were never given true feedback.
