I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Compass (Washington, DC) in Dec 2019
Interview
One of the best interview experiences ever despite that I didn't get an offer. Initial phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a Karat white-board coding phone interview at the time of my choice, then scheduled a 1:1 phone call with the hiring manager. Got an invitation to go onsite about a week after the initial recruiter phone screen.
Five rounds of onsite interviews, 1 PM interview, 2 coding/design, 2 behavioral. Coding part was easy.
Best part was that the recruiter scheduled an entire half-hour after sending the no-offer letter and went through why I was rejected. According to her, my coding was perfect but was not thoughtful enough when doing the system design, and then the other candidate had more work experience than I did. Helped me a lot and I actually re-thought my job hunting strategies.

Interview
After applying, I got a call from the recruiter for initial phone screen, it went very well and she told me that I should expect an email with the next steps soon. I never recieved any email from her. I followed up couple of time, but she did not revert back.
Very bad experience

Interview
Una entrevista con RRHH, una con el engineering manager y un live coding de DSA. No era en una plataforma asi que no se corría el código contra tests predefinidos.
Had a fairly simple technical screen, medium leetcode question. For full loop they had 2 system design and 2 coding along with a behavioral. I was rejected because they were looking for more experience. They were very fast with the results
