I applied through Indeed.com, and got Email from Recruiter who works at New York office. Almost after two weeks, I had an onsite interview at LA Beverly office. First interview was with two designers, I got good impression from them. One of designers was director, she seemed bright, positive, energetic and professional. Other designer was senior, he was little bit more serious, silent but also looked professional. Second interview in that day was with head of marketing team. Since works at this company seemed mostly collaboration with marketing team, they also wanted to talk with marketing team members. With designers, mostly they talked about the company, works, position and current situation of the company.
Few days later, I got an Email from recruiter at New York office, that they wanted me to have another interview with other office at LA. I went to the other office, and met other designer and marketing team member again. I think, after presentation of my portfolio, communication with the designer at this office didn't go well. I guess, because of different view or style of design. But, talk with marketing team member here was pretty nice, personally I liked to talk with marketing team members at this company. Overall feeling from this company was positive, that made me want to join, but was also concerned about specific range of design works here.
From the beginning to the third interview, it took about three weeks.
