I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cobo (Singapore) (Singapore) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process started off well, and the initial screening calls felt easy and conversational. But after that, I didn’t hear anything back about my application.
I followed up a couple of times over email but didn’t get a response. I understand things can get busy, but even a quick update would have meant a lot.
Overall, the first part of the experience was positive, but the lack of follow-up left things feeling unfinished. It would be great to see more consistent communication with candidates going forward.
The interview process was quite brief, lasting only around 15 minutes and covering some basic questions. It seemed mainly intended as a lead-in to the final case study presentation.
The final case study presentation, however, was very lengthy and required 2–3 full days of work. In the end, little meaningful feedback was provided, and it felt more like they just wanted to see your analysis—for free.
While I understand the need to assess candidates through tasks, I would suggest keeping the scope more reasonable. It is unrealistic to expect interviewees to invest more than 3 days of work at the interview stage.
