The interview process was quite brief, lasting only around 15 minutes and covering some basic questions. It seemed mainly intended as a lead-in to the final case study presentation. The final case study presentation, however, was very lengthy and required 2–3 full days of work. In the end, little meaningful feedback was provided, and it felt more like they just wanted to see your analysis—for free. While I understand the need to assess candidates through tasks, I would suggest keeping the scope more reasonable. It is unrealistic to expect interviewees to invest more than 3 days of work at the interview stage.
