Checkr Software Engineer, Backend interview questions

Recruiter Screen followed by a tech screen where I was given a name matching problem that's pretty much publicly available at this point word to word and was moved to the next step, which was a Hiring Manager screen. It went well but I never heard back from the recruiter. Actually, the last I heard back from the recruiter was when I had the initial call. Ghosting at every step is pretty unprofessional. Do not recommend tbh.
