Interview
First an automated phone screening asking basic questions about my experience and summarizing them back for me. Then a personality based test to complete. Then a phone screening with an actual human that went over similar information in the first screening.

AI interview process was a bit different. I didn't have issues with it, but a person is always preferred. I did make it to the next level, so that was nice.
