AI interview process was a bit different. I didn't have issues with it, but a person is always preferred. I did make it to the next level, so that was nice.

Interview
First an automated phone screening asking basic questions about my experience and summarizing them back for me. Then a personality based test to complete. Then a phone screening with an actual human that went over similar information in the first screening.
You talk to an AI robot about your experience, complete an online test asking you about your personality, and then someone will call you with a job offer within the week
