Overall, this interview process was intense and lengthy. You'll start the interview process with a handful of one on one sessions (HR recruiter, immediate supervisor, peer). If you pass those interviews, you'll move to a presentation segment. You'll get a few weeks to dive into the Celonis system and create a dashboard view using dummy data. You are expected to provide an "in role" demo presentation to a small panel of people that includes questions, this is recorded. The last interview stage is with a VP+ level individual, this was the most intense interview for me, it seemed they were intentionally trying to stress you out by asking rapid fire questions flipping back and forth between technical experience related questions and philosophical life questions. If you can remain calm and think fast, you'll survive!
