Interview
Interview Process was for "Working Student-Machine Learning Engineer" in Germany.
Process had roughly 3 rounds:
1. IQ test and fitment test.
- Online test via some portal with simple fun quizzes and games timed with increasing difficulty.
2. HR screening with questions regarding past experiences and HR related questions.
3. Take home technical assignment with code submission.
4. Discussion and Technical interview entailing the assignment, technical questions in machine learning in general. One live coding question in python(for me in python as team stack is on it.) and some probability quizzes.

Question 1
Technical interview questions were majorly centred around the past experience.
One question around time series data slicing for training in 2d features and in case of tensors.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis in Dec 2024
Interview
Very transparent and well organized. A call with HR, followed by a call with a hiring manager, then two technical calls with Leetcode medium/easy followed by another call with a senior manager.

Interview
The Interview process was very bad! Hiring manager was always arrogant and not ready for any questions, nor give feedback and guidance throughout the process. What was really bad was the technical challenge, which is neither well prepared nor clear. Very bad experience. Never recommend.
