Was a pretty standard process - submit your resume, talk to a recruiter and if they see a fit for a role then theres a technical phone screen with an engineer at the company using a coderpad.

It's disorganized.
They first asked me to submit my availability for the first interview, and then scheduled it without providing any context about it. The google calendar link just said "Interview with Capsule," no details. I had to clarity with the organizer that the first step is a short recruiter intro call.
When it came down the scheduled time, the recruiter ghosted me. No call, no email, nothing. Huge red flag and sign of disorganization.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capsule in Jun 2021

Tech phone screen with 2 engineers then a
Final round with three engineers where there was 1 behavioral 2 coding interviews.
They care more about correctness of answer than getting the most optimal solution
