Three interviews, a case study response. Interviews were timely but took a bit to get windows of availability. Two were virtual and one was in person. Very technology driven. Met with staff.
There was an HR person asking if you're interested in proceeding on the interview and your availability. Then with the hiring manager, it was a 30 min phone interview. Asking details of a pharmacist's duties from your clinical experience. Mostly skills-based. No behavior questions. If you don't have a fast paced, multi-tasking pharmacist work experience, the interview can be not very easy.
