My Interview process with the Calix Team was awesome. I learned something new about the company in each interview which ultimately inspired and excited me more with wanting to work here!

Question 1
Why have you decided to move on from your current role in the Bio-Tech Industry to this position in High-Tech?
The interviews were broken down into several 1/2 hour one on one zoom calls starting with the hiring manager and then moving on to members from various teams. The interviews were all very positive and engaging. My sense from the various interviewers is that they enjoyed the working for Calix and really liked the people and culture there. I increasingly found myself wanting to be part of the team throughout the process.

Question 1
Depending on the interviewer, there were different styles. Some of the interviews were almost completely conversations in regards to work experience and others were more directly situational questions ie: tell me about how you handled a difficult situation etc. All of the situational questions were mostly standard questions that you might expect to be asked and should prepare for.
