CAC (Japan) interview questions

3 rounds of interviews - Interview with VP-Overseas Business was arranged by head-hunter from India. Interview with HR Manager and HR VP followed. All interviews were carried out in Japanese language throughout the process. I had to undergo a skills test after meeting the HR Manager, which was also in Japanese. They wanted someone to work at the head office in Japan, so Japanese language and business skills in Japan were a must.
