Lengthy. Spread out over almost a month with the same hiring manager. Interviews were conversational and I got the feeling he wanted me to come up with both the questions and the answers. Was he stalling for time? Unsure what he wanted? Felt disjointed and probably represents the company as a whole.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. I initially interviewed with the CRO. I then had subsequent conversations with the VP of Customer Success, the Manager of Customer Success, and the VP of Pre-Sales Engineering. Following these calls, I presented a 30/60/90 plan to a panel and fielded questions about specific job-related scenarios.

Question 1
Scenario: A technical customer contact is hindering the progress of a project by failing to complete mutually agreed-upon tasks. How would you address this challenge to move the project forward without damaging the relationship with this individual?
I wanted to commend the team on an exceptionally smooth onboarding process. The seamless transition from signing to HR systems, coupled with a detailed first-day schedule, significantly reduced any potential overwhelm. Providing pre-first-day tasks is a highly effective approach that truly alleviates new employee stress and makes a significant difference.
