Too long! Even Google doesn't take these many rounds. I gave phone interview, then zoom Skillset Interview, then they said there are 4 more interviews and they needed 4 days in a week to speak with 4 people. I already had a job, and it was super difficult to arrange 1 hour each out of it and they scheduled all those interviews in pairs for 2 days. Spent Almost 3 hours each day. Questions were easy, they just needed manual tester and made me sit with 4 managers/directors where they all asked similar questions. It could have been managed better, if not in a group then they could have take 2 interviews with 2 interviewers each!! Not everyone has time according to them. This process shows they do not care about others and their time. And i was asked questions based on my resume rsthet then their job description! They probably dont even need the QA to perform those outer tasks, then why judge them based on those?
