Applied online, didn't hear anything back for nearly three weeks before they hastily asked if I would be interview for the role. Interviewed with the hiring manager on Zoom and never heard from them again, pretty lame but standard operating procedures from companies like this these days. Don't care that I didn't move forward but sending an email after spending time preparing and discussing the role isn't that hard.
