I applied online. I interviewed at BlueOptima in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online. After Hackerrank coding challenge, the Engineering HR Manager called me to ask some basic questions and gave me a 7 days take-home assignment. After I submitted my project, I was invited for a technical round with 2 guys. I presented my project and answered some questions about it.
I did one mistake and so I was not selected but I enjoyed and learned a lot from the coding project.
I was not able to secure the job, nevertheless, the Engineering HR Manager gave me very constructive feedback at the end which helped me to bag other job offers. She is one of the best recruiters I have ever meet, always very supportive and helpful.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BlueOptima (Bengaluru) in Jun 2020
Interview
The Recruiter got in touch, then a HackerEarth Test with questions roughly 25 about Java & Spring & a Coding assignment in the End, Post which there was a Interview Round.
The Interview was heavy on Java Basics Static Blocks, Instance Blocks, Super Class, Subclass Objects, Constructor chaining etc, Hit these Basics hard & see where it takes you.
Good Luck!
