BlueOptima Principal Software Engineer interview questions

The process is either very slow or it is done deliberately so that the interviewee lose interest and look for better opportunity. Also if the candidate is rejected , no feedback is provided nor they have the courtesy to send a rejection mail or tell the candidate on call. They simply keep mum , It seems they lack basic etiquette and are here to get solutions/ideas from the candidates. Interview is damn easy though.
