Block Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

I was contacted directly by a Block recruiter for an interview, which I appreciated. We scheduled and completed the interview, and I was told I would receive either a positive or negative response, or at least some feedback, within a week. It has now been more than two weeks without any update. While the conversation itself was fine, the lack of follow-up is not very professional.

Fast interview process. Clean and efficient. They really dive into your motivation into why you want to start a career in sales. They want someone who can make high volume calls (100 daily touchpoints) across email, phone, social media ect...
