Multiple step interview process. Interviewers were nice and personable. They have a ramp period like most sales positions, and they seem to be flexible. This was before the mass layoffs but at the time it did not look too bad.

I was contacted directly by a Block recruiter for an interview, which I appreciated. We scheduled and completed the interview, and I was told I would receive either a positive or negative response, or at least some feedback, within a week. It has now been more than two weeks without any update. While the conversation itself was fine, the lack of follow-up is not very professional.
