I applied through Blackberry career portal and got a call for the Software Test Specialist position. There was one interview on the phone. The interview was a conference call with the manager. It was a 30-minute long interview and was primarily about testing , they also asked me about the projects I had done.

Whole process took 1 month. First round I was interviewed by 3 people, asking questions about the technology I've worked on, basic questions about embedded programming and OS. They then sent me a technical assignment, scripting with python and multi threaded programming with C and some more questions about RTOS and embedded. A week after I interviewed with a panel, 7 people, asking me about my embedded projects and previous work at BlackBerry and general background questions. Finally there was a behavioural 3rd round with an HR person, discussing behavioural questions and a chance to negotiate salary and offer. After that, background check and offer. Overall the recruitment team had really good engagement and kept me in the loop the whole time.
