Interview
The interview was divided into 3 parts
1 - Online Assessment
2- Technical Round
3- Managerial HR
-> In first round which is online assessment I think it is for 2 hours, which includes aptitude, coding questions, technical questions.
-> There was more than a week gap between the 1st and 2nd round.
-> In second round shortlisted students allotted with HR panel members there they asked technical questions it was conducted roughly around 30 - 45 mins.
-> Shortlisted students are allowed to attend the final round which is managerial HR.
-> Both 2nd and 3rd round was conducted on the same day and result was published on the same day around 7pm.
-> They hired for two positions one is intern plus fulltime offer which is first 6 - 12 months they work as intern on-site, based on their performance they were converted to fulltime employees.
-> Another one is fulltime offer these candidates are onboarded to the company without internship.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
In technical round they deeply focus on resume of the candidates, Firstly they check the candidate is strong in the resume they carry, questions asked from top to bottom of the resume, If you mentioned more about AI in your resume the questions are from AI, if you mentioned python the questions are from python. So make your resume represent your skills. And for me more situation based questions were asked by the HR for example there was problem in your team how would you approach to solve problem.
In Managerial HR, they mainly focus on the attitude of the candidate. Again they ask some questions from your resume, about you family background, why BMW, what motivates you to choose BMW, are you ok with relocation, about your internship experiences, strength and weakness. And they asked to wait until the result are published.
