The interview was divided into 3 parts 1 - Online Assessment 2- Technical Round 3- Managerial HR -> In first round which is online assessment I think it is for 2 hours, which includes aptitude, coding questions, technical questions. -> There was more than a week gap between the 1st and 2nd round. -> In second round shortlisted students allotted with HR panel members there they asked technical questions it was conducted roughly around 30 - 45 mins. -> Shortlisted students are allowed to attend the final round which is managerial HR. -> Both 2nd and 3rd round was conducted on the same day and result was published on the same day around 7pm. -> They hired for two positions one is intern plus fulltime offer which is first 6 - 12 months they work as intern on-site, based on their performance they were converted to fulltime employees. -> Another one is fulltime offer these candidates are onboarded to the company without internship.
