Bait and Switch interview process was told will be a SQL interview and found out last minute it will be a case study interview.
No extra time,very rushed and performative interview

Which would go first pin change,ATM etc.
How would I explain things to a developer.
Interview with 3 case study questions and nothing else, was not informed earlier about the interview type. At the end, I was asked for extra questions and they tried to explain their work but seemed disinterested a bit and it seemed that they had done a lot of interviews that day.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Avaloq (Edinburgh, Scotland) in Feb 2025
Interview
i received an email to schedule an interview based on my availability and i did that. The interview lasted for an hour and 20 minutes were given to answer scenario- based logical reasoning question which mimic how an actual scenario at work plays out.
