The technical part was professional and well-structured. It included:
1. A session covering basic Android/Kotlin concepts.
2. A 30 minute live coding session (CoderPad) solving a real life problem.
3. A System Design interview focusing on offline first architecture.
4. An onsite interview with the manager (1 hour).
The interviewers were professional and the technical tasks felt relevant. However, the process was quite long (over a month). Despite the positive vibes during the process, I eventually received a generic rejection email with zero feedback, and my follow-up emails were ignored. A disappointing end to an otherwise good process.
