An internal recruiter emailed to book an appointment for a phone call. She also mentioned that If I could not find a time, I can email her. Everything looks good. However, I booked a time slot and waited for a phone call. Never received a call. I email her, No reply. What a time-wasting company. Please don't waste our time if you can not commit your time. At least reply to emails. What a time wasters

1 initial technical discussion, take home assignment, 1 technical discussion reviewing take home assignment Recruiter gave me only a weekend to complete take home assignment and asked to submit it by Monday morning. Then asked for a video interview after 1 week. Recruiter didn't provide me any other information regarding this round. Interviewer asked me to go through the code and asked follow up question. I have sent follow up email to recruiter for many times but didnt get response. finally sent an email with hiring manager then another recruiter replied back that hiring team not interested to proceed with me and said that i should have received automated notification. But i didnt get that email. Recruiter replied back asking me to check in thrash folder. But didnt receive any email in thrash folder as well. This is one of the worse ever interview process i have ever attended. After giving away my whole weekend to complete their take home assignment they didn't even care to respond back about feedback or rejection. They just completed ghosted. Instead they putting blame on automated system. one of the most ineffective hiring process and communication. No one in the organization seems to be knowing what is going around. All interviewers and recruiters are very rude. Not cared to give away any direction or responds to any emails. Never ever attend interview in this company especially with those who give take home assignment. They don't know how to conduct interview, not interested to hire anyone but wasting up resource time. My advice to this organization atleast give little bit respect to the candidates who spends their personal time to complete tasks you are giving them to work over the weekend.
