Started with a 30 min video call with a recruiter, then a 30 min video call with the hiring manager. Then had to complete an unpaid design assessment and was given 3 business days to complete it, and the challenge was to design a social post/carousel and email header based on a short brief, aligning to the brand, plus another social post and email header refreshing the brand, then add the designs to a Google Slides presentation and send it back. The third round would have been presenting the deck to a panel, but I didn't make it to that round. The experience with the recruiter was great and she was very thoughtful, making sure to call me to discuss the decision which I really appreciated.
