First interview: technical questions, with general programming concepts as well as more specific "leet code" style questions - all verbal, no actual coding involved Take home challenge: three questions of varying difficulty levels, with a week to complete them. Culture fit interview : with two devs from the team you would be in. Behavioral questions. Last interview with CTO: get to know the CTO and the nature of the work.

All around fantastic experience. Every person I met with throughout was engaged and great to talk to. The questions themselves were fairly standard, with some focus on working process and capability. Interview process was three stages: - Screening call with HR (~30m) - Technical interview with 2 members from the team I was interviewing for (~1hr) - Cultural interview with 2 employees from different internal teams (~45m-1hr) I could tell that Athennian really places importance on culture fit when hiring. If the interview process was any indicator, I think it would be a great place to work.
