      They sortlist candidate based on their AMCAT score and call for interview in their office. 1) A long wait before anyone attends you. 2) first round is technical interview taken by inexperienced person, All the question asked will be simple 3) second round will also be technical taken by project manager, it is a stress interview so you know what happen. 4) they send you back with we will call you

      The company came for campus hiring in our college. There was first an online test which was nothing but AMCAT exam which is their company product only.It consisted of different sections like logic, english, technical including os/dbms and 2 programming questions[there were sets,i got an easy one, others maybe had some tough ones too] .the paper overall was easy. .After this test, 15-20 ppl were shortlisted for the interviews.After 1st round only 7-8 people went for second round and it was the final round.There was no HR round and company selected 4 candidates from our campus.The questions in the both the rounds were almost same for me and were mostly based on sql queries, 1-2 puzzle questions, some os and networking concepts,oops concepts.DBMS was sort of focussed by them.There were just 1-2 basic algorithmic type questions.Interviewers were fine but a few of them were not much open to answers other than what they had in mind.
