This company seems to repost on craigslist pretty often. I've interviewed with them on two seperate occasions. The first time, I got called back for a second interview and declined due to finding another part time job. The second time I didn't get calledc back. The interview is very straight forward. Lots of the normal "describe a time when you had to troubleshoot" and "can you list 5 strenths and weaknesses" questions. I know why I didn't get called back on the second round so with that being said, make sure to have done a little research so you have questions to ask the interviewer and try to really sell yourself with the "describe a time when .." questions. On a lighter note, I met the guy that I was competing with on the interview. He pretty much told them that their website was terrible and he could do better. I think his confidence and knowledge pushed him right past me.
