Interview
One room being interviewed by 6 people simultaneously. The questions varied from being very technical – asking about knowledge of different operating systems and database technologies, to emotional-response questions (tell me about a time you were overwhelmed at work), to basic customer service questions. The interview took about 4 hours to complete.

Interview
I was interviewed by three managers. They seemed very interested in my learning potential, versus what I already knew- which was good for me! The interview lasted about 15 minutes. It was a little overwhelming because it was conducted in a room full of windows and everyone would walk by and see the new candidate.
