Question 1
Really disorganized. HR reschedule the interview 10 minutes before to the next day and was more than 10 min late.

Went through a product sense interview, a home assignment I presented in person, an interview with the direct manager, two leadership rounds, and HR.
From the beginning, the process was clear, well communicated, and transparent.

Interview
The interviewer was respectful and knowledgeable, the interview was in a good vibe and the questions were relevant. I didn't end up continuing though I passed it as I got a better offer from my current employer.
