Interview
Had an interview over the phone discussing some points of the resume and then had an on site interview prior to the phone interview. They gave a brief tour of the office, and then you have three separate interviews, and then an IQ and EQ assessment along with a database test.

They asked a lot of SQL questions and how would you organize a database to make it more efficient an calculate a value in (blank) time
