      Lead Systems Engineer Interview

      6 Jan 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Cupertino, CA
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (Cupertino, CA) in Nov 2014

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter via email, we then arranged a 30 minute phone call. The recruiter then asked to set up an informal meeting with project lead and one engineer just to get to know eachother. After this meeting, an onsite technical interview with project management and one engineer was arranged. The onsite interview took about two hours, 30 minutes each with four individuals. After this, the recruiter called with an informal job offer; they didn't want to put an iffer in writing unless i verbally agreed to accept.
