I applied online. I interviewed at Apple (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview process with the managers felt overly scripted, lacking the natural flow of conversation. Rather than delving deeply into technical aspects, the focus was on mentoring and assessing how well responses aligned with the desired competencies. This approach aimed for a more comprehensive evaluation of candidates beyond just technical proficiency.
Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
Challenge yourself. Each interview is different than the last even for the same role. You must be able to share stories that support the goals of the store. Moving up can be quite challenging due to the number of applicants
